Client SS, a 20-year-old young adult living with autism, learning difficulties, and several health conditions, is fully dependent on her mother for both physical and emotional support. SS’s mother reached out to us for help with making a housing application on her daughter’s behalf. Our housing adviser, Joytera Khanum, supported them through the entire process, completing the social housing application, submitting a housing on health grounds form, and successfully securing a bidding number for the family. Both SS and her mother were overjoyed with the outcome.

Testimonial from SS
Can I give you a hug? I have nothing else to give but a hug and plenty of prayers for you. Adviser Joytera has been amazing.
